Packing sucks! Well, packing to head home sucks. As I go, the reality that I’m leaving sinks in further. It’s not that I’m not excited for things back home. I just feel a bit like this is also home. I’ve around three hours until my ride to the airport leaves. I’ve got to go around the office and say goodbye, but I don’t want to. On the way here, my back was in good condition. No severe pain or sciatica and it held up the entire way. This time around, my back is stiff and aching and my sciatica is flared. I’m not looking forward to this. Nor am I looking forward to the emotional goodbyes (which I might just avoid entirely). I will however need to correct my attitude as I take off overlooking kili once more. I’ll fly from kili airport to Nairobi to Bangkok then finally Sydney after more than 30 hours in transit I’ll arrive Sunday 7:20am with the hope of staying awake all day to stave off jet lag. So all you c3 folks keeping up to date, see y’all at church. Peace
